Oxford
Public
Library
A Library of Community.
The Oxford Public Library serves all residents of Oxford and Oak Grove Township by providing books, periodicals, and other forms of media for educational, informational, and recreational purposes. Our goal is to be aware of the needs of the community and meet those needs as effectively as possible by keeping informed of the latest services and methods so that we may incorporate them into our library.
The Oxford Public Library is a member of the Evergreen Indiana Library Consortium, which operates under uniform circulation policies and procedures. The Consortium’s principle purpose is to offer patrons the ability to use and borrow library materials from all participating Evergreen Indiana libraries. There are over 100 libraries and 20 million items available through the Evergreen Indiana system. Our own library holds over 25,000 books, movies, audios, and magazines.
